There was a graves with no cool downs and unlimited mana in my ranked game today. The video is currently uploading and will be available to view within the hour. Riot please ban this guy and figure out how hes able to do this; it's insane. He could us his dash over and over resting his auto and gaining armor. His in game name is Alex35Cote.
