Well... looks like i'm never building banner again

one of the main reasons i used to build it was that is was a super efficient way to get mana, armor, and cdr. a strong alternative to ibg and frozen heart in some games. not it has a base efficiency of 106-ish and it's passive doesn't work with the other siege item for niche builds, nor does it work with talisman of ascension (and i usually only built it on supports.) the efficiency of it was the biggest draw to it imo, and the ability to have a lane always pushing was a nice bonus. the extra mana very much helped on tanky champions that are mana hungry, but now i don't get that, and i can't justify building banner and zz'rot together because they share a unique passive, which means i lose more value.
