I dunno if this has been posted before, if so, please link me to the post! But I was thinking that since there's no way to get Medieval Twitch or Gray Warwick at the moment, throw their shards into the chest loot? Or maybe make them each a gemstone skin, but only costing 5 gemstones, as they're much older and have been around rather than being made specifically for the chests? I dunno. I just really want Medieval Twitch for my precious Rat... 
Making them hextech skins would probably be the best option actually.

They were for people who brought others into the game by refering them. Putting the skins into the hextech loot would downgrade them from having to put effort in to get them to Just luck or enough money imo. They said they will Bring them back at some point through a different social System so we habe to wait
I own both Medieval Twitch and Grey Warwick. They're on the same level of special as the other skins that aren't in Hextech and should remain out of Hextech.
