Why is Yorick never on free champ rotation, I really wanna play the forgotten champ but also want to know why he is never free.

It's because his kit has been slated for a rework for YEARS due to it being awkward, buggy, and basically toxic. Bleh. Pre-rework Poppy was the same way.

Because they hate him. Just like Poppy. That's why they removed her from the game. Same thing with Sion.
