Cassiopeia's new W isn't fair
After the Cassiopeia rework her W became almost impossible to escape from . I understand she needs the tools to kite , but seriously you can even flash away from it . Getting hit by it in mid lane feels so obnoxious . Even when I dodge most of her Q's I expect her to lose some mana but no now her e gives mana back on minion kills. I remember Riot nerfing azir and removing his knock up from e because "you can't flash away from it" , what is this then ? counterplay ?
