Orange Essence problem

With the update to IP being merged with Blue Essence changing how much champ shards are worth and for some reason also changed how much Orange Essence you get from skin shards. What I don't understand is why change the value of what the skin shards are worth. For 1) Its harder to get them then it is leveling up and just getting BE. Like I have 3 epic skin shards that I've had for a while that i didn't want to get rid of because i liked the look of them and might get them one time, but now its almost impossible to get Orange Essence to even upgrade an epic skin to a perm skin. Now its 4 epic skins to disenchant to get one epic in return if you had one you wanted if you were gonna disenchant them. I really didn't see the reason why you changed OE to make it harder to get skins now.
