Every single champ should rely on mana

• It's easier to balance matchups when everyone has to follow the same rules.

• In clutch situations the person that relies on mana almost always loses to the person that either has to rely on energy (which regains much faster than mana) or a champ that's just CD based. This gives people an easy advantage in lane just because of the champ they're playing.

• Mana properly forces people to NOT mindlessly spam their abilities. If you're playing against a CD based champ for example, finding an opening to kill them or trade with them is MUCH harder than it is to exploit a mana based champ.

• What good did energy and CD only based champs add to this game to make it more engaging or fair to begin with?
