The Current Conqueror

Conqueror needs to be changed, its current state only allows a handful of champions to use it, with many others failing miserably.

1. The adaptive force stacking, true damage and healing feel pretty insignificant
2. It is incredibly difficult to stack on most ranged champions
3. It is too forgiving for melee champions
4. There are better rune alternatives

chains abilities and weaves in attacks to easily proc it generally fast attack rate and mobility to easily proc it

I wish more champions were viable with conqueror and that it was better in general. Maybe instead of it being potentially fully stacked continuously, it would amplify the next several attacks / abilities and resetting. Let me know your thoughts in the comment section [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
