Riot should make it possible to view the ping of other players on your team

I cry every time when i go 0/8 and cannot explain to my team that I have trash wifi. They end up flaming me and degrading my League of Legends experience. If you can project your ping to other players, they can relate to you and understand why you are doing so bad in game. Yes, it is my fault if I try to play knowing I have trash wifi, but this would let players understand the condition of their teammates. The next time I get 1500+ ping, it would be best to let teammates understand why you are feeding before they report you.
