RYZE need a Rework

I belive Ryze become a joke or a meme at the last few months. Ryze isnt st like a normal champ nomore, hes nearly impossible to play in ranked and u cant main him if u want to climb. Hes a very Hard Champ whats ok, but a hard champ like this should gift the player with power, even when ur a very good Ryze player u loose most lanes, not cause ur a bad player just becasue ur champ is a lot weaker, when u gota talon vs ryze atg mid, the lane is over before u enter the rift, thats not a joke. The Champion cant stay at this point, hes leggit unplayadble he got not stregths left, his earlygame is weak, his midgame is shit, and his lategame is just sad too look the only thing u can rly do is ult zhonyas to escape adn thats it. RITO PLS REWORK HIM!

his must be completely reworked... new passive new abilities ... his skills are always the same with kinda of different effects (not talking about R)

You see, champions that were hard to play ended up being op. Yasuo, patches ago was op from a glitch after ult which would give him an instant auto reset. Giving 2x auto after ult. Skill play Azir hit many nerfs but is still so strong that anybody with the skills can 1v5 very very easily. Problem with making hard champs strong? They get nerf to the floor, only to become weaker. So skills should not associate with how powerful a champion should be, but rather how enjoyable a champion is to play. Ryze peels usually and I guess that's how you kinda play him now, you still can proc a bunch of damage though. I kinda see Ryze like a bruiser mage.
