His E needs a 2-3 sec cd the fact tha he can just spam it constantly is BS and hard for non mobile apc to actually hit anything on him i am not yelling OP i am saying BALANCE and that is not balance

If his e had a 2 or 3 sec cooldown he would be unplayable. His e is what allows him to trade in lane. He would have to basically all-in every time if he couldn't e in, q, then e out for a trade.

Katarina has one dash. LB has one. He shouldn't be able to dash multiple time consecutively, thats not fair.

Katarina's resets on CD, LB can go back which means 2 dashes that become 4 with ulti. They also are AP assassin with much more damage output compared to Yasuo.

But he has no CD on his dash if he goes through minions, if thats what I remember correctly. Not fair. I think its ridiculous.

The CD is minimal but is there. Also the real skill CD is bound to available targets. Just learn how to deal with it.

I have, and its just ridiculous how it messes me up every dang time. It needs more CD. I main mid lane and unless I'm taking mega tank Cho or use Annie with her long AA range and her stun, he gets me almost every time.

This just shows that you got ways to deal with him. Basically all midlaners have a chance against Yasuo if used right. It's not the champion's fault, it's yours.
