Riot Please fix this!!!

The issue that needs looking into is with the shaco ability which is Jack-in-the-box. If I have oracle on and I see the Jack-in-the-box and I go to destroy it I still get feared and attacked by it. Being attacked by it I understand but why still the fear affect if I see it? Maybe riot hasn't noticed this issue I'm not sure but please look into it. That would be greatly appreciated Thank you
