Dominion used to be the perfect place to test my champ and get a little IP while doing it. Matches were almost always 10-15 minutes with 20 minutes at most and it was fun to play when I only had a little time to play.
What am I supposed to do now for testing champs and quick games? The second closest thing is ARAM and those usually last about 20+ minutes or so and I don't get to choose who to play.

FurretHasAGlock1 votesEither do co-op AI (match takes about 20 min or less) or you could do it through custom. Bots are always the answer.
Malhammers1 votesIf its a jungler I always just do expert bots 1v1 on summoner's rift and test the jungle speed/ganking on the champ. Anyone else I still do 1v1 and just go to the lane the bot went to and fool around that way. Will usually look up the champ's counters and who he plays well against and test on those opponents.
