Intentionally feeding player
This is why this game is trash, kid is feeding on purpose to "punish" his teammates. TY riot for ensuring this game is, and will always remain, awful.

They can't exactly punish a player before they feed. Just continue to report players like this with the appropriate category. There is a system in place to severely punish people that continue to do this.
I hate it when that happens. I think that intentional feeding should just be as serious as verbal abuse. The system should really look into intentional feeding and restore justice, the weight of the punishment should be the same. I know some players just aren't as good as others, but you can definitely tell if someone is feeding intentionally, some even say they are doing so.
This kind of punishment needs to lean towards the side of caution. The AP Garen Rule/AP Vayne Rule exists for a reason.
Well, don't flame your teammates and they won't feed.
