How to gain mmr?

Its not winning,losing or carrying that really effects it (though ranking up seems to make my mmr go lower so) So what is it? Idk if you check my op.gg the past 3 games have been rough but nothings changed. It never does. Look at my op.gg https://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=0Lukz I havent been doing bad, have i? Most games i lose I carry and most games i win i carry. It was the same when I was just winning in gold too. 85% wr as morg 17lp win 17 lp loss. now im in plat, its 16lp win 18 lp loss. Nothing has changed since silver despite me having a positive winrate up until plat. does my build affect mmr?

mmr is purely based on how many games you win compared to how many you lose

if you average 55% winrate you'll slow climb mmr if you average 51% winrate the game considers you at your elo and does -15lp and you gain 15 if you average 49% or less you'll lose more lp than you win

You cannot do anything to increase your MMR other than win. If you want to tilt the gains/losses in your favor, you can queue with someone who has a higher MMR. You will gain more for wins and lose less for losses. However, that person will gain less for wins and lose more for losses, so that person probably won't want to do it. Duoing with someone who has a similar MMR would also help, though not as much.

I was doing +12 now I'm doing +18 because I found a trick, idk if it works because I abused of promos system
