Nunu's abilities

After playing some Nemesis draft someone picked Nunu for me, normal underrated pick. I then noticed that the ability icon for him are really outdated and I feel like nunu needs a few visual updates for todays champs. Also for the fact that top lane nunu is boring. Obviously I wouldn't be a with a normal matchup, but still all I did what Q sustain every single attempt of damage that my laner did and I had to keep on doing that till I got around lvl 6. then I could finally have some fun. Just my opinion after comparing Nunu to most champs/top laners...
