Prioritizing ppls roles

Hey Rito, How about we make a formula that looks at someones match history and compares it to the other person with a same primary role and give it to the one with the better record in that role. I have been screwed out of my primary role and after getting into the match learn that the person playing it has no clue wtf they are doing. Make the system better!
