Something needs to Happen when you constantly lose because of trolls

this is super unfair when you keep getting paired with trolls and lose ranked games. something needs to be done about this, they need to be banned especially if its a ranked game and it happens(a more severe punishment if ranked). This has happened to me sooo many games in a row. Please riot do something!!!
