Where'd all this true damage come from?

Take a look at this game and tell me where'd all my true damage come from? FYI, I was playing Kog. This was ARAM, there's no red buff, I didn't take Conqueror, there was no Amumu. And I went AP, so there's no IE either. Rammus/Malphite/Azir also got unexplained true damage. Wtf is this?

Wit's End: up to 30 MR Reduction
Guinsoo's Rageblade: up to 15% Magic Penetration
Sorcerer's Shoes: 18 Magic Penetration
Orianna: 34.5 max base MR

If you reduce and penetrate a target's resistance to 0 or lower, damage displays as true on your stats.

Rammus and Azir had Ignite, and Malphite had Mark/Dash. Those are true damage summoners.

Malphite also had Elixir of Sorcery, which adds true damage to champions and turrets.
