Kata Rework

I found a bug, amongst the many already reported.

When using a targetable spell that travels to Kata, she can easily vanish and the spell will just disappear. So far, I have this on Anivia, Teemo, Orianna. When using the targetable spells, that travel, it can not take any effect and Kata can escape harm free.

Why doesnt she have mana yet anyways? She needs it for a good kick in the nerfs balance.
