Why no voice chat?

Ok so plz explain to me why riot ads jungle timers because people were using external programs to do so but not voice chat for the extract same reasons? I play mostly solo Q and thus using discord/Skype is impossible with random strangers. To top that Im a slow typer the number of times I try to ping or chat message what I wish to say one of 2 things happen. A they miss hear/understand me leading to flame wars in chat B I miss a big play/die becuse I was typing so why cant I use my new head set and hear and plane with my team... no I have to pick converse with my team or play the actual game [zombie-brand-facepalm]

I don't need toxic players literally yelling at me or any other teammates.

Take into account the amount of toxicity in the game now when you have to actually type stuff. Multiply that by 1000000000000000000000. There is your answer.
