Add hotkeys for toggling Show Allied/All Chat

It would be great if you could add hotkeys for toggling Show Allied/All Chat.

Here's why: I'd like to be able to enable the chat quickly whenever I have to write something to my team, without having to open the settings and scroll through the menu every time and vice versa.
