All that extra damage is true damage, and he's doing it to himself. Whenever he ults, the spirit deals 100K True Damage to itself to kill it off, but it's not supposed to be counted in the damage numbers. It's a bug.

It must be a bug with the client or something, because there is no way he did 515,000+ damage to champions with only Manamune, Randuin's Omen, Boots of Speed, Hexdrinker and a Serrated Dirk. Might want to crosspost this into Report a Bug.
