Suggestions to new HUD

Add a feature to the TAB scoreboard to toggle and lock it's position in place.

It's annoying sometimes when you're clicking and have accidentally zoomed it around by your dank mad APMs. This feature could also be added on individual windows to make the HUD more modular as it was rumored to be.

Also have it so when pressing C you toggle on and off the extra character stats window just like the old HUD. It can be a pain or inconvenience to press and hold C to check out your other stats while panning the map and watch your character.

Aside from that I'm sure you're aware by a lot of features missing in the new HUD that have already been addressed by the community.
