Please revert Zoe Q changes

Currently in patch 8.1 Zoe can no longer extend her Q range with her R if the Q has already passed her, before this she could Q wait Q wait R to extend the range now you have to Q wait Q R to do the combo without the Q just failing to extend.

Right now Zoe just feels clunky to play and the change to her doesn't even fix the problems of her kit that are unfun for the enemy. I'd much rather have her be shit and fun to play than good and boring.

Commit with your ult before getting the extended range. Zoe's issue was that she was a bit too safe and this alleviates that.
