Thresh Lantern rework

Probably going to get some flack for this but its an idea I've always had. I main Thresh and I play with my buddy who mains ADC. I always end up in a situation where when I throw my lantern out. People clutter it (Even our own teammates) and he is unable to click it. Sure I can throw it in front of him so it's a clear click, but I've noticed in most situations there's no time to even move the 2 feet to get the click off. So, here's my idea. Allow Thresh to throw the lantern out. When your ally is in the circle shield zone of it. Let Thresh be able to reactivate the ability and manually pull your teammate out of the 4 man dog pile. Yes I also understand this will be annoying in the hands of trolls, but for us Thresh players who actually play to win. It would help immensely.

The fact we can prevent your ally from clicking the lantern is part of the counterplay. Why do you think players spam wards on top of the lantern? Also, your ally might not want to take the lantern. Bad idea.
