Rumble needs changes to keep up in Season 8

I used to main Rumble back in Season 7 and I still try to enjoy playing him but he just seems so weak. I have over 200k mastery points on him and right now, he's literally a shell of his former self. I'm not saying that he was balanced back in season 7. Absolutely not, he add very little counterplay to the constant spam of his Q, however, now, his kit just seems so underwhelming with all the defensive options out their (Bone plating, second wind, adaptive helm. T The problem i find with Rumble is that while top laners were slowly adjusted, he has remained pretty much untouched since the nerf where his Q went up to a 10 second CD at rank 1. I'm not asking for a major buff all at once but can Riot please look into this issue? I just don't want Rumble to fall further behind. Keystone is debatable with Aery or Comet but i think that the loss of deathfire touch also hurt Rumble a lot.

While I dont agree that he is Underwhelming if they gave him some decent moderately exploitable cooldowns and lower flame base damage id support better base hp better hp5 and attack speed on him and a higher empowered danger zone q for near the same damage. People like to take and complain about faceing bone plating I dont want it and i like facing it i just hit and run and re - engage on the ridiculously stupid long cooldown spell.
