I've been researching a lot of the champions movement ability. In comparison, Xin Zhao is soooo slooooooooooooooow, even with boot, doesn't matter which ones you get....he's soooo slooooooooooooooow. It's ridiculous to say the least. Any suggestions to speed him up? Oh yeah, even with flash, other champions overtake him before he can escape. crazy

It's where a champion who has a dash or gap-closer, once having arrived at their target, find themselves UNABLE to stick to said target. The target usually walks off with nary a care and the champion who attacked them is left huffing and puffing in their wake, saying "Stop! Wait! I can't keep up!"
While I don't really know what changes could or should be made to his MS, he probably is going to be part of what I call the "Divers/Skirmisher" Update, akin to the Juggernaut, Mage, Assassin and newly revealed Tank/Vanguard update. In that, he will probably be getting some changes. Whether they'll be heavy or small, I don't know, but I think Riot'll give him some love when that time rolls around.
