Riot: This absolutely Should Not Have Happened!

I played with four friends and we got matched up against a team who beat us badly. No big deal, that happens. But then we immediately queued up for another round and we got matched up with the same exact team, and yes they beat us again. We should not have been matched up with the same exact team. There is absolutely no excuse for this. The application can easily be programmed to prevent the same exact matchup from happening in the next round which was queued up within two minutes.
