Riots poor handling of tribunal

I was playing ranked today when I dced. Oddly, I had full internet. I was playing Runescape in the background fishing, I had youtube up to play music so naturally, I was a little confused. I tried to reconnect only to be told by riots client that I had no internet. This lasted for almost 15 minutes. After my game I qued another one putting it up to random bad luck. I qued again for the exact same thing to happen. After this game was ended I got reported several times by many team mates even though it is riots fault. (currently riot has a warning on client that says possible service interruptions are possible due to server work) To my surprise I was punished with not only two FORCED LOSES but also being put in a 20 minute wait timer per game. How does a company like riot shit on its players and continue to grow? Ive spent over 1500 dollars on league across multiple accounts. Ill never play again.
