Normal draft feels like total garbage from a solo standpoint

I play primarily normal draft, usually because i swap champions a good deal and dont want to take new champs into ranked. I've noticed more and more the overwhelming majority of games are against premade players. Seasons ago when op.gg would actually literally show who was premade I would see duos and three mans occasionally, but just now I got out of 2 games back to back where I was a solo player matched against a full 5 man group. I cant get invested in the game when I feel like the odds were stacked against me from the outset, and its hard to practice a new champion when the enemy support and jungler are breathing down my neck for 20 mins while my other solo lanes are getting hard stomped by some summoners playing suspiciously well for their account level. Honestly it makes me feel like I just need to only play normals with premades myself or I just need to practice champs in ranked and let my rank crash. How do you other normal players feel about it?

Normals will always be a cesspool with the greater MMR range in queuing. All too often, you'll get Golds vs Diamonds, but it's okay because the Diamond was duo queued with someone that is on your skill level. Our system isn't bad, haha.

Give me a break.
