shyv1 votesit definitely does. compared to other skins, it looks like it should be 1350 rp at best, but it's ridiculously expensive considering how bad it looks in game. like, with all the new skins that come out, snow day bard, the project skins, pool party skins, arcade skins.. all way more impressive visuals than pulsefire ez for less than half the price
PROJECT Fizz1 votesDude, the reason it is expensive is the evolving character model. Similar to DJ Sona, and spirit guard udyr. That's is why it is expensive. It's a flappin ultimate skin

PROJECT Fizz1 votesits price is based off of the mechanics used in the skins. thats what has always determined price. (legendary with particle affects and so on) their prices aren't based solely on price.
