Poppy rework suggestion

I got two suggestions about Poppy rework.

They did change her mechanics a lot and she is now more a fun champion than a skill champion. I do like Poppy as a skill champ. If i want to troll/have fun i'll play Teemo instead :P

But here the suggestion:

Q Spell - Now that she have a big ass hammer, why do she hit so small, i think a slight upgrade of the zone would correct the "problem" here. There is no need to be like Sion Q's, just maybe something around 25% bigger.

R(Ultimate) - The ultimate, instead of reducing damage from a target and cancelling damage from other enemies, now push back people toward their base from a long range. I think her ultimate would keep her "skill" aspect by making it work like gragas ult or lee sin ult. There would maybe need to change the range to balance everything, but would made her less a troll pick and more a skillful champ.

Here is what i think, i'll be glad to hear from everyone and change my suggestions accordingly!
