Garen rework

As a main garen, i would like to see a dash stun or a pull for his rework. Almost all top lane champs have a dash or a pull with a stun. Garen has nothing. He has his charge from his q but thats nothing if the enemy dash aways or pulls him and stun him. The rework should add a dash stun on his w instead of an e buff. His W should work with the Shiled bash runes too. I would keep the change on his ult. Garen is a tank and is made to go in and stun but he dosent have that in his kit. As i said all top laner has a dash, pull or stun. Riven, Darius, Mord, fiora, gnar, Pant, illaoi (slow), Cho, Poppy, trynd (slow) urgot (dash and flip(stun) Atrox, anyways u get the message. So unchange Q, W works with sheild bash and dash/stun, Unchange his E and keep the R change.
