Well if he is UP now he was the Tsar Bomba before.

He's drastically UP atm, sadly the ratio of bronze/silvers complaining is insanely high so it's hard to buff him.

But yea what do you expect? almost all assassins in the past and present and even future stomp the living shit out of silver/bronze games which is why majority of assassin complaints are from them, also the low game knowledge can contribute.

looking back at my bronze/silver days I too had insanely low game knowledge, ignorance is huge down there... anything that kills you is OP.
