Should I buy Jarvan IV?

Hey guys! Hopefully this is in the right section. So my main question is, should I buy jarvan? I'm still looking for someone to main., and I have actually made a list of possibilities haha. I mainly play top, so I am wondering if jarvan top is still viable. I like aggresive playstyles, and am not sure if that is close to his playstyles. My main concern for him is his poke and how he uses mana.I really like manaless and pokey haha. I have some leftover rp, and he IS on sale. Just for funzies, here are my other possible mains: jax, maokai, riven, aatrox, Jayce. Thanks guys! Ps. Is riot dead? .-. Can't connect at all

haha HECK no i hate jarvan he's a great champion that fulfills the bruiser role splendidly great damage (especially his trades; poke with q to reduce armor, then slam them with passive), great shield, great mobility and cc and he always jumps out of the way when i try to ult him as sion
