i cant remember if viktor/lissandra are 6300 or not. im pretty sure 
has also fallen off 6300
so out of all of them i highly recomend vel koz. hes amazing.
azir is pretty weak right now. aurelion sol and taliyah are kinda lackluster to play. viktor is a close second on the fun scale.
nothing beats giant lasers for fun.

she still functions overall, but she still has a lot of the same problems as before.
id avoid zyra until shes one of the few remaining that you dont have. very few people like the way she plays.

That lowered his winrate by like 6%.
