You'll honestly need to do something about trolls.

I get people who threaten to report me when I tell them to play safe.

I had a bot lane last match where the Lux and Sivir were terrible at playing and wouldn't stop pushing and roaming around to get caught outside the laning phase. They were so bad and threw the game so hard my midlaner went afk coz he couldn't deal with their idiocy (and I don't blame him for it). Instead these guys then egg the opponent team to report me because I called them out on it but continue to have literally no remorse for having ruined people's ranked games.

Filing a ticket won't get them banned, Post game reporting system won't get them banned, and they will continue to troll knowing well that even if they perform incredibly poorly it's going to be written off as a 'bad day'.

What amazes me the most is the fact that most people who ruin the games of others don't even feel ashamed of the act but instead take pride in it well knowing that there's nothing to lose her.
