Ranked matchamking is really badly designed.

OK, I don know about others, but Im a diamond player and I got stuck in silver 2 after first 10 matches.And the problem with that is thta: ITS IMMPOSSIBLE TO CLIMB IN SILVER. I got into my promos normally but then, SOMEHOW I cant get 30% winrate in ranked. Every time I win my lane and I look at the stats..... EVERY SINGLE LANE IS FEEDING IDK is it just me but I feel like its impossible to climb out of it, YOU CANT PLAY 1 V 9/2 V 8 matches and expect to win. Its impossible. I dont know if Im THE MOST UNLUCKY player but every single time I get matches with people that can barely understand objective or basic teamfight rules. BUt the enemy is made of people that are capable of thinking straight. I tried to tell them what they should try to do, but they just don't listen. I believe its really unfair to place people on starting ELO'S because of their first 10 matches that are COMPLETELY LUCK BASED.

When I play normal I get matched with diamond/plat players. I believe same system that works on normals should be put in ranked as first 10 games. That could help get rid of this unfair placements that are completely coinflip.
