New idea for punishing afkers in ranked

(Quick Note:This will only apply to solo ranked matches and not duo because then the 2 people can just switch off on the afk part)I just had a recent idea where Riot Games could implement this new way of punishing afkers in ranked. It's not really a new version, but more so of a better version of Riot's Leaverbuster. I was thinking that if a ranked team was to have an afker and lose then the afker would have lp deducted from his ranking while the others have a loss forgiven. Now before you people start to argue that people will abuse this, think about it in this way. The only people who are given loss forgiven are those who are still playing. If they knew they were going to lose one of them might "abuse" this by afk BUT the thing is that person will then lose lp, and who wants to lose lp? This is just an idea so I don't mind if this goes unnoticed but i'm really hoping that Riot Games will implement this.
