Its OK I'm feeding its only a normal game. Wtf? Been hearing this a lot lately, this some new meta i never knew? Its OK to screw 4 other teammates over? I feel guilty as hell even when I don't have a positive k/d/a. Whats wrong with people.....

Honestly, in norms: If you feed, its inexcusable and they flame you. If they feed, they excuse it and say that you take the game too seriously.

People who do this don't commit to improve, they only seek their own prideful safety.

Pretty much how I feel!

Oh do they also hold you hostage and refuse to FF, and then tell you to stop bitching?

That's what happens to me. Bot lane duo completely just ints, but I'm the bad guy for wanting to FF.

Norms still have a matchmaker rating. So if you're doing badly you'll stay in worse games and itll keep you from getting better quality matches.

I can feel it for sure. I started ranked last season and it is night and day. Played well over 1000s of Normal matches and it feels like the players in my normal are much better at the game than the silver players I meet in my ranked games.

Same here. My normal MMR is definitely higher than my ranked MMR. The skill difference between the teams is massive.

Boosting is less common in norms, presumably. Normal MMR may be a better indicator than ranked in MMR.

It's ok to feed on ranked games too

You also feed on some ranked games I bet, feeding is not running down mid, it's losing lane and getting killed when the enemy snowballs

Sometimes you just try your best and you lose

Its the Dont give a fk attitude that peevs me. Everyone has bad games, but accept it and try your best, dont just half ass afk or feed.

I mean, I agree with them if it's more an "Eh, it's just a game and not really that important" kind of mentality. The chill, relax, and don't get tilted over something stupid.

But it rarely ever is, and most of the time it's just a shitty excuse for them to troll.

Ozzie Storm2 votes

being chill is one thing, no one should take a game outcome like it's life or death, but throwing because "who cares" is a bs thing to go off.

Saezio2 votes

How exactly are they screwing you over? You don't lose LP or demote. You have no negative repercussions except for not getting first win of the day.

I get that it is annoying, but people ain't gonna stress themselves over a normal game. You win cool, you lose also cool. It's normals.

Yeah, it's ok to feed. It's ok to have bad games.

Besides, people dont just say this in a vacuum. It's more than likely that you or someone else on your team was flaming them, and they were saying that in response.

BrightWîngs2 votes

I mean yeah... it is just norms theres no negatives to really losing.

Feeding and inting are not the same thing similar but theres a clear difference of course no one actually wants to feed if they had to choose 100% of the time they would choose to not feed lol but they arnt too upset because it is just a normal game.

It's not even that he wants to feed It's not even that he ruins the game for other 4 players

He starts a client, finds a game and he wants to lose. That is just brain-melting. He actively wants to lose his time on a defeat.

Nothing new, it's people with such a mentality that gives this community the fked up reputation it has.

Sometimes people lose at the game. Sometimes they play really badly and make lots of mistakes. Be happy they did it in normals and not your placements, phaggot.

You completely missed the point. OP isn't criticizing people for not playing well, he's criticizing how people just hide behind such a shitty excuse.

Posted a similar topic about this on the topic of ARAM a few days ago.

People have this weird mentality that "oh but it's just a laidback/fun mode"

Yeah it is, but YOU having fun is ruining 4 other players fun.... Just play normally and everyone wins, it aint hard

I don't think it's a good thing to feed, but I had two games in a row where my team flamed a guy for doing poorly horribly.

Just constant harassment and garbage towards the person doing bad.

Games garbage sdo they think they have the right to be too. I only play normals. Ranked is too garbage and doesn't pair you with real team mates... Just like normals... Majority of people are Beginner bots at most :/
