Brand is AoE, ofcourse his scaling is lower! His damage is with the highest of the game! Also support Brand.

lol brand doesnt need a buff he is pretty balanced all his dmg is in his passive and his w its all he needs cuz if he gets a buff u will be banning him every game

Brand is fine,he can cover the whole team for Magic damage even from support position and he can't be ignored in teamfights.

You don't even need large amounts of AP,all you have to do is proc the passive which will take care of your damage

He is still the same,just much better passive

Do you want Brand to insta gib when he ults? Seriously have you even played against him in-game? I mean jesus christ he already deals enough damage as it is.
