Laggs

Hello everyone can some one explain to me why i have so hight ping in the game litterly since 3 days my fps drop off and my ms goes up all the time whenever im in game can someone tells me what should i do to fix it obviously it's not from my pc or my internet i guess is from the client can some one help or tell me what to do to fix it ?
