Recently I have moved to South Korea thanks to the army. I am a big League fan and tried to play online, but to no avail. There is about a 2-3 second delay which (as most know) is the difference between winning and losing lane. I can't play online and even playing just customs has a delay as well. There IS a Korean server, however it requires a Korean Social Security (Which I don't have), this means that I can't even play it in Korea... Is there anyway I can reduce my ping? Or is League just over for me till I can get back to the states (In 2-3 years)? Any and all help would be appreciated!

Since you changed countries, I'd recommend you change servers from NA to Korean. It'll make it so that your ping will get better so you don't connect so far away to the NA servers. Downside is, you'll have to know Korean and have a Korean keyboard to play well.
