Riot Team making is very bad

Im no pro but i do consider myself very decent.... So Riot go check the last few games man come on you call does guys at my lvl why am i getting team up with people with no skills and whn i say no skills i mean it whats the point of promoting myself all the way to b1 for now to get demoted alll the way back bcus of the team im getting like are you guys playing jokes on me or is the match making really broken aint players suppost to get better as you rank up im totally fine with losing a game but when the games goes totally negative doubling your score like come on is ranked.. and im not the 1st one to post about the team ups people are getting so please fix
