Talon Nerf?
So I heard talon's getting nerfed. Does anyone know where he's getting nerfed? Or has that info not been released yet?

Look on surrender @ 20 its his ult. the cd is being increased and the mana cost in being increased.
Pff thats not really a nerf, what needs to be nerfed is the fact that he can ult and appear behind you, 2 shot you, and then get away unscathed, he needs a raw damage nerf or a scaling nerf, because his mid to late game is unstoppable, you can beat him multiple times in lane early game, push your lane, and he will come back after buying just one item and rofl everyone.
Shadow Assault (R) Cooldown increased to 100/80/60 from 75/65/55 Mana cost increased to 100 at all ranks from 80/90/100.
Ohhh ok I see, so they're only just increasing mana cost and cr, not decreasing damage dealt or anything right? :D
