People ask me why I don't play ranked.

I have seen player with good kill score yet failing in doing objectives or initiating proper team fights. There are low league players who thinks that good kill score automatically should lead to a victory yet they fail to rally the team for coordinated play. In other words, they are good in 1v1 performance, but terrible in shot calls.

That's not true "No matter what I do, I can't escape it." Statistically, 40% you suppose to lose because of the team, 40% you suppose to win because of the team, but other 20% which makes you climb up or drop down depends on your understanding of the game and performance. If you always do well (read the 1st paragraph), you have 60% of climbing up.

I don't get paid to babysit, frankly speaking. That's why I don't play Ranked.

In ranked you could have been in the other team, that's not an excuse.
