Ziggs should get a buff don't you think?

Ziggs used to be really fun to play but he is really squishy but does tons of damage. But his q radius and damage got nerfed and his ult damage was lowered by soo much. The only way Ziggs would do damage is if he gets fed. And Ziggs is really item dependent so it is extremely hard if behind. R.I.P since Patch 4.11
