Kind of a Rant

This new shield breaking thing is going to completely undermine a lot of champs and who they are. I genuinely dont think its a good idea. As an Ivern main its gonna impact the biggest part of his kit as well as any other supports. If there wasn't a problem with mages in the bot lane before this will certainly make sure they stay there as supports who build ardent and other shield items will fall out of meta quickly.
