Just played against a vayne that was losing the entire game and even though I was basically full armor, still does 1k damage in true damage. We have a voli with 4k heath and full armor and she does 2k damage in TRUE DAMAGE, let me repeat, TRUE DAMAGE so there is 0 counter play. My goodness do you EVER think about the changes you make before they are implemented? Alright, rant over but for the love of god you need to revert these item changes.
The Vayne was 19/6, had a 
for extra max hp damage, , plus her own max hp damage from her E, as well as 
to amp both , loaded to the teeth with crit, you didn't have omens (would've been a better option than Righteous Glory btw), and they had two infernal drakes to amp up more damage
So...yeah. She really got into the late game, which allows her to be the tank buster she's meant to be.

Yeah lmfao she wasn't losing, and you weren't full armor. You had 1.5 armor items.

all i say is here nerf borks numbers by half and remove the on hit nature of her W so rage blade dont melt you in one hit so tanks can actually tank in this game. i mean late game and also its late late game if a malphite vsed a vayne im pretty sure its more optimal to sell all his armor items (keeping zhonyas of course) to build damage (ap) at that point or go full damage (gathering storm/deathcap) because currently damage is the best TANK in the game late game.
